Our stay at Hotel Sai Chhatra in Shirdi was exceptional and was nothing short of divine. The gracious hospitality beautifully echoed the spiritual essence of Shirdi and Sai Baba. Recently my mother and her friend (both Senior Citizens) stayed for 2 days (17th-18th Jan 2024) at Hotel Sai Chhatra. The Rooms and service exceeded expectations. They had an extremely pleasant stay. They were welcomed warmly at the entrance itself and the staff was friendly and caring throughout their stay. Their restaurant and the food was also good. All in all right from booking to staying was a pleasurable and completely hassle-free experience. Mamta, the receptionist, especially as mentioned by my mother and the boys who helped them with their luggage were very friendly and made them feel comfortable. The booking over the call was also done without much effort. Will definitely recommend Hotel Sai Chhatra to whoever is visiting Shirdi.

Amazing stay facility at very much reasonable price. Food Quality is Awesome with prompt room service.
Staff coperation is so professional I haven't experienced in my life and their way of welcoming guest like showering flowers and putting tilak on Forehead is very overwhelming and very much memorable.
At last we got got Sai Baba wall picture as a token of return gift from hotel is so special.
Oh I can't missed to share Mr. Rohit coperation to make out our ordeal to an beautiful experience by providing very much appreciated taxi services and he was so cordial and very much concerned about customer experience.

One of the best hotels! I went to India from US and visited this hotel with my sister in law in June 2018. Great hospitality , very clean , best food and great customer service. The staff was very respectful and prompt in serving. It was very near to Sai temple and bus stand . I went to shirdi after many years and realized that shirdi has been changed over years . I was losing my patience and trust in some of locals who were trying to get every penny out of my pocket. However , I am happy that my trip ended happily after eating nice food at this hotel . The staff was trustworthy who gave us authentic information for sight seeing. Next time this will be my destination to stay if Baba calls me ever again to Shirdi. I already recommended this hotel to my friends in US. Om Sai.....

We checked in late at night. The staff was ready to serve. Our room was decent. It was big enough for a family of 4, including 2 kids of 9 and 15 years. Comfortable and clean room.
The hotel has enough parking space for 4 wheelers.
The location of the hotel is prime: hardly 500 meters from gate 1 of the Shirdi Temple.
We didn't have food there, but we ordered tea from room service. It was one of the best we had in Shirdi.
The staff is cooperative. We had just come back from the temple at around 7 after kakar aarti and wanted good 2-3 hour sleep. But there was some renovation work going on near our room. We asked them to stop, and they immediately stopped, suggesting that the staff is customer centric.
Overall a short but great stay. 👍

The Sai Chhatra Hotel, is pure magic. From the moment you step in from the street you a greeted with open arms and huge friendly smiles. Located on the main’ road. Just walking distance from Sai Baba Temple. We showed up with no booking and they fully accommodated us for a week with ease. Our room faced the busy street but from out baloney we had a safe refuge to relax and look out on the wonderful happenings. The front desk team is super helpful and courteous always they’re ready to lend a hand in any service needed. And the hotel staff is always on cleaning and tuning around to make the place happy.
Very clean spaces.
And very easy all around.

Great customer service. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning and 24 hrs hot water. Food in the restaurant is made fresh upon order and very tasty. Not to miss their Maharashtrian and Punjabi thalis. Staff are very friendly and very responsive. Very near to Sai Baba temple, it's a 4 mins walk. I would definitely recommend every one to stay here. I will make sure to have my stay here whenever I visit Shirdi. They provide airport pickup, drop and sight seeing travel services also, this will be paid service. Room service person Mr Prakash gives you entire information about the temple, getting there, the dos and don'ts during check in. It feels like Atithi Devo Bhava is their motto. I don't review a place unless I'm completely satisfied. I am sure and hope they will continue the same kind of service in the years to come. Excellent team.

I stayed with sai chhatra hotel for 3 nights stay with my elderly parents and I should tell you the stay is outstandingly pleasant and it's not so sophisticated approach to the temple and the hospitality of Mr. Sandeep gaikwad and Amol who are the manager and front office manager approached my family as their own this what I call hospitality. One of a kind there will be people like Sachin Rama chandra Gaikwad who is our travel desk manager for complete shirdi tour and he knows how to plan for elderly people with a pleasant itinerary and he is a T total guy with no bad habits and with full knowledge and connections with people and places and at the same time man has poor knowledge in manipulating people for money. If anybody looking for accommodation in shirdi please check in hotel sai chhatra it's budget friendly human and very near to temple and with good people as staff in it.

For last 16 years I am staying here during my Shiridh visit and now it has become my home away from home due to their hospitality and familiar attitude. I was friend of the owner of this SAI chatra, who unfortunately left us but his sons are actual replica of their father and always be with you with big smiles to make you feel at home. The attached restaurent is remarkably serve high quality food with ultimate hygiene and quality test. I really miss some time their hospitality when having a long gap to meet Baba , and last but not the least the team of Sai Chatta. Try once, you will fall in love of Sai Chatta.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel.And this time I stayed in room no 306The linens and towels, etc are not stained and very very clean condition. The interior fittings are clean and in working condition. There were no leaking taps or uncontrollable ACs. The attenders and also all those in the front desk were very helpful.Specially manager Shivam, he helped us a lot I am sure they will continue to serve and grow better and better. the hotel Manager Shivam made the alloted room available in about 02 - 03 mins , which I think is fantastic. During my stay at Hotel Sai Chhatra, I found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The hotel’s cleanliness standards were commendable, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, I did notice a slight odor in the bathroom, likely due to the absence of an exhaust fan. Additionally, the hot water supply was a bit inconsistent during the early hours, around 2-3 am, which could be a point of improvement for the hotel.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the issues were not significant enough to overshadow the positives. The staff at Hotel Sai Chhatra deserves special mention for their courteous and attentive service. They were always on hand to assist with any needs or queries, adding a personal touch to the hospitality.
The restaurant at the hotel was another highlight, serving up a variety of delicious dishes that catered to diverse tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, thanks to the quality of the food and the cozy dining environment

As a stay option, this property is one of the best stay option in Shirdi.
We opted for a 4 person family room. Our room had a window view, while the rooms in front has balcony with road views. The bed was good for two, but if you have kids, there may be some struggle for space.
The in-house restaurant offers tea/coffee at rooms, other food items you need to have it in the restaurant. It's a good practice that keeps rooms clean. The quality of food is bit low compared to many eateries nearby. But the behavior of the person serving the food was very good.
The bathroom is good size, with hot water facility and western toilet arrangement. During our experience, the temperature of water was good in morning, gradually it was low on heat.
The most attractive part was the reception. Always welcoming throughout the day. They offer a great welcoming and any kind of doubt is courteously served.
They also allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout. It was a great help.

Hotel is very good, had a decent stay with my family. Best part is they have budget friendly rooms. We took single room with 2 beds for four people just for 2 k for a night, because of odd day stay. On Thursday and weekend, rate is different. They have facility of family stay and staff is also very cooperative, they do tika and give roses as welcome to guests. Each staff was very polite, helpful. Located nearby Sai mandir, I would definitely recommend stay at Sai Chhatra hotel.
Point to be improved - Need to work on wifi connection and availability.
