We checked in late at night. The staff was ready to serve. Our room was decent. It was big enough for a family of 4, including 2 kids of 9 and 15 years. Comfortable and clean room. The hotel has enough parking space for 4 wheelers. The location of the hotel is prime: hardly 500 meters from gate 1 of the Shirdi Temple. We didn't have food there, but we ordered tea from room service. It was one of the best we had in Shirdi. The staff is cooperative. We had just come back from the temple at around 7 after kakar aarti and wanted good 2-3 hour sleep. But there was some renovation work going on near our room. We asked them to stop, and they immediately stopped, suggesting that the staff is customer centric. Overall a short but great stay. 👍 ~ Parshotam V
Amazing stay facility at very much reasonable price. Food Quality is Awesome with prompt room service. Staff coperation is so professional I haven't experienced in my life and their way of welcoming guest like showering flowers and putting tilak on Forehead is very overwhelming and very much memorable. At last we got got Sai Baba wall picture as a token of return gift from hotel is so special. Oh I can't missed to share Mr. Rohit coperation to make out our ordeal to an beautiful experience by providing very much appreciated taxi services and he was so cordial and very much concerned about customer experience. Thanks to all and at last will say must must must visit when you are planning to visit Shirdi or anywhere in Maharashtra to this facility and Mr . Rohit for transportation. ~ Hemant M
Hello, Recently my mother and her friend (both Senior Citizens) stayed for 2 days (17th-18th Jan 2024) at Hotel Sai Chhatra. The Rooms and service exceeded expectations. They had an extremely pleasant stay. They were welcomed warmly at the entrance itself and the staff was friendly and caring throughout their stay. Their restaurant and the food was also good. All in all right from booking to staying was a pleasurable and completely hassle-free experience. Mamta, the receptionist, especially as mentioned by my mother and the boys who helped them with their luggage were very friendly and made them feel comfortable. The booking over the call was also done without much effort. Will definitely recommend Hotel Sai Chhatra to whoever is visiting Shirdi. ~ Akshata S
